In pursuance of the approval of PC-I for the establishment of the Geo-Spatial Technology Wing and subsequent approval of the Chairman CDA, the applications for the following Project Posts for the Project "Establishment of Geo-Spatial Technology Wing, in Planning Wing CDA" on a Contract Basis, are hereby invited from suitable candidates possessing Qualifications, Experience and Age Limit, as mentioned against each post:

12. Accounts Assistant 05 01 BCom/M.Com/CA Inter 35 3 years experience working in finance/accounting and account reconciliation. IT interest will be given. Appropriate

13. Junior Computer Technician 05 04 BA/BSc with six months of training in computer applications. 35 3 years experience in custom computer software, typing speed up to 40 words per minute. Knowledge of other computer applications will be preferred. Appropriate

14. Auto-CAD user 05 03 DAE in Auto CAD/Architecture 35 years of experience in Auto-CAD software, conversion from CAD to vector format, benefits of 3D visualization software

15. Assistant 05 03 BA/BSc with 6 months training in computer applications 35 3 years experience in industry Merit

16. Building inspectors 04 04 DAE in civil engineering/construction 35 years of professional experience in construction. Knowledge of basic computer applications Merit

17. Surveyor 04 10 AED in Surveying/Geospatial Sciences 35 3 years of experience as a surveyor or in a similar role, knowledge of other computer applications will be preferred. Practical knowledge of GPS navigation

18. Driver 02 06 Matric / Face 3 of Driving and Driver's License, Muslims Bring Police Customer

19. Naib Quuid 01 06 Matric / FA 35 - Legal Law

  Instructions:

I. Online application along with academic transcripts, experience certificates, and recent photographs must be submitted with the application form within 15 days from the date of publication.

ii. Incomplete and unauthorized applications will not be accepted.

iii. Only the selected candidates, who are qualified as per the above criteria, will be called for the written test, through Sr. No. 1 to 17 and for interviews, by Sr. #1 to 19.

iv. No TA/DA will be eligible to appear for the test/interview.

v. Job seekers working in the public sector/institutions should submit their applications through proper channels.

vi. All positions will be contractual for two years only with no right to full-time appointment.

vii. The workers will be appointed in a consignment for the first year of these two years that will most likely be fulfilled until their work.

X. The relevant provisions of the corporate document entitled "Standard Pay Package for Staff Directly Recruited for Development Projects Funded from PSDP" issued by the Regulatory Wing, Finance Division, Government of Pakistan, see no. F.4 (9 ) R- 14/ 2008, dated 18-4-2022, related to letter and spirit.

xi. No additional resources, beyond the revised standard pay package, will be eligible for contact users.

xii. Registration fee, Rs. 2,500/- in respect of Sr. No. 1 to 10, Rs. 1,000/- in case of Sr. No. 11 to 19, will be kept as payment for the approval of DDO (Planning), CDA, and sent to the Director of Master Plan, Room No. 125, Block-II, CDA Headquarters, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad, 051-9252636, by post, before the closing date of applications.
